Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment & helps you avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations/no shows past the 24 hour mark before the appointment will be charged 100% of the missed appointment cost as a cancellation fee. This fee is to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled.
Please be on-time for your appointments. If you arrive late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment & you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled for that day.
Self Screening - You must self screen 24hrs before your appointment. If there is anyone in your house hold sick with COVID-19, you have been around anyone exposed to COVID-19 or sick with COVID-19 or you are showing ANY symptoms of COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Symptoms include: Cough, shortness of breath, fever, muscle aches, chills, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.
Day of your appointment if suspect you are sick, you will be sent home and rescheduled for a later date.
Virtual Check-In - Our waiting area is closed. Once you have arrived to your appointment, text or call me (206-661-0308) and then wait in your car or outside the salon until I give you permission to enter the building.
Beverages - Our refreshment cart will also be closed, please come prepared with your favorite beverage to enjoy during your service.
Guests in the Salon - Please come to your appointment alone. Do not bring any friends, family members or children with you to your appointment. There will be no exceptions.
Payments - Payments will be taken through a non-contact form if possible. This can be done through PayPal, Venmo, or by Square Invoice sent to your email. Payments must be done at time of service.
Products – If you’d like to purchase any product please let me know and I will grab them for you.
I want you to be 100% happy with the services you receive in my chair. If you are not 100% happy with your service please let me know within 7 days of your appointment. This way I can get you in as soon as possible to adjust any haircut or color completely complimentary. Anything that is brought to my attention after the 7 day mark will not be eligible for a complimentary adjustment.
This does not include a "change of heart" about chosen service.
